Outside Sales Representative

1-800 Water Damage of Southern Passaic / Bergen County is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our company to build our up our referral base. We typically service the following Counties, but not limited to: Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Morris, Sussex, Passaic.

This role is responsible for generating business through referral relationships with property managers, plumbers, insurance agents, and other sources. Job requirements include but are not limited to: calling on professionals at their office, attending industry networking events, email campaigns, and social marketing.

Please do not apply if you do not have existing relationships with a network of plumbers in the North Jersey area. (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Union, Morris, Sussex, Passaic)

• Candidate MUST have previous relationships that he/she can bring on board day one.
• Candidates with business relationships with property managers, insurance agents, and plumbers will be prioritized.
• Ability to speak and present effectively to a range of referrals sources from tradesman to corporate clients.
• Tenacious customer service and consistent follow up.
• Develop lasting relationships with key referral sources to acquire jobs
• Identify and attend key events and association meetings to cultivate new referrals sources.

• Immediately Income: A monthly base salary plus commission is paid out of the month’s sales.

Pay: $79,599.00 - $200,000.00 per year
